About The Position

Objective of the Job: Lead the facility team to maintain, repair facilities' machinery and/or equipment. Maintain buildings, technical systems, CMMS system, and install utilities and equipment.   Principal Activities: Coordinate associates (i.e.. personnel scheduling, etc.) and equipment scheduling. Determine causes of defects/shutdowns in sometimes complex equipment with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, etc. components; use diagnostic systems as required. Conduct the installation and relocation of complex technical equipment (ie. tools, machinery, instruments, etc.). Follow up and coordinate activities for efficient energy usage, lighting system, predictive maintenance, and lightning/grounding systems. Effectively communicate with the supervisor any problems with safety, equipment, and/or productivity. Plan the work processes, material procurement and setup activities, and check documentation for completeness. Electrical install per NEC Codes; Air compressor Preventitive Maintenance and Industrial Plumbing. OSHA Knowledge.

Requirements

• 6-8 Years of Related Work Experience.
• Microsoft Office.
• On Call Regularly.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills.
• Must be Goal Orientated and Show Initiative.
• Heights up to 50 feet.
• Industrial Plumbing.
• Lifting no-more than 100 pounds.
