Operations 2 - Log - Receiving B Shift (64451)
About The Position
Job Objective: Check-In and Load trucks with Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT's). Ensure the prepared shipments are properly labeled. Principal Activities: Check and compare quantities of parts/goods/materials with accompanying paperwork (i.e. count, weight, compare ID numbers, etc.). Stage and unload all shipments in corresponding areas; Ensure materials are clear of recognizable damage. Performs PIT inspections to ensure equipment is in proper working order and follows all safety guidelines for the work area. Ensure that products are not damaged during transportation. Prepares shipments according to the “Daily Shipping Requirements” from HOST. Use Scanners to verify shipments; create packing list for bulk orders and PNW2 shipments; and move media to media.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- WMS (Host/SAP)
- Scanners
- 1-2 years Manufacturing Experience
- Stand-up/Reach and Sit Down Forklift Certification
- Attention to Detail
