Responsibilities Performs operational and administrative duties to assist in the coordination of Operational, Clinical, Quality and Educational initiatives within patient care department(s), supporting very large or multiple department units/cost centers. Leads departmental operations assistants in the coordination of support for departmental and service-line projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience in Healthcare related field.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, exercise independent judgement and maintain confidentiality.
• Demonstrated problem solving, organizational, technical, analytical, and decision making abilities.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in the use and application of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, exercise independent judgment and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work effectively with others as a team, communicate effectively, and maintain courteous and professional demeanor and attitude at all times under stressful conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Prior Human Resources and/or Operations experience.
• Prior project / system implementation experience.
