Operational Support Representative
About The Position
The Operations Support Representative (OSR) supports GovDeals Account Managers and the Client Operations Support Group by managing project-based initiatives and executing recurring daily and weekly tasks that drive value across GovDeals auctions, including quality control and bid deposit activities. This role also plays a key part in supporting Full-Service projects, where GovDeals manages multiple aspects of the sales process traditionally handled by self-directed clients. The OSR serves as a primary point of contact, collaborating closely with internal GovDeals teams and coordinating with buyers and third-party partners to ensure seamless transactions and timely issue resolution. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously. Performance in this role is measured by the effectiveness and successful execution of assigned projects and processes.
