About The Position

A two-year apprenticeship where you’ll gain hands-on expertise in medical imaging equipment repair while taking increasing responsibility for receiving, disassembling, identifying, and preparing parts and systems for inventory and distribution. You will help test, validate, and restore medical imaging systems, contributing directly to the reliability of life-saving technology. To qualify for this role, applicants must be high school seniors who have completed at least one year in a Career Technical Education (CTE) program. Requirements

  • Commitment to high-quality service and professional standards, ensuring customer satisfaction, safety compliance, and accountability to KPIs.
  • Proficiency in essential technology, including Excel, Word, Outlook, keyboarding, and online research.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum age 21, refer to company vehicle policy.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of experience in retail, inventory management, warehousing, mechanical work, or physical labor.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with deadlines and multiple priorities.
  • Exposure to customer service or cross-department teamwork environments is a plus.
  • Technical coursework or vocational training in electronics, mechanics, or related fields (preferred but not required).
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Basic electrical safety or technical repair training certifications (preferred, not required).
  • OSHA safety training or related workplace safety certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Build core technical skills through hands-on training in imaging equipment, electrical basics, and repair processes.
  • Ensure accurate, organized inventory by inspecting, testing, documenting, and preparing all incoming equipment and parts.
  • Support smooth operations by efficiently pulling, tracking, shipping, and receiving parts and equipment.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized facility with proper material handling and disposal.
  • Collaborate professionally across teams.
  • Driving and vehicle operation are essential functions of this role.
  • Other duties as assigned.
