About The Position

Hood Distribution, established in 1899, is a wholesale distributor of hardwood lumber & plywood as well as related specialty products. We currently have twenty-three locations, providing distribution in Arizona, North Texas, the eastern US as well as the Caribbean markets. Our primary customers turn our products into something special. Hood Distribution, Antioch, TN facility has a full-time Operational/Sales Support position available. The Operational/Sales Support will provide administrative and operational support to our sales team. This position will maintain a strong working relationship with our sales team individuals.

Requirements

• Associate degree
• Experience in Sales
• Experience in Customer Service
• Must be detail oriented
• Ability to multitask
• Must have excellent math skills
• Must be computer literate
• Strong analytical skills

Nice To Haves

• An understanding of the lumber business is a plus
• Potential growth into an Inside Sales position
