The successful candidate will manage Operational risks for GIH and its subsidiaries that have outsourced such activities to GIH, performing the following: Identify and assess the inherent operational risks in a forward-looking perspective to avoid future operational events (Annual Risk Assessment) Define and implement the operational risk process Define and implement the Event and Loss Data Collection process Perform qualitative operational risk analysis Manage reporting activities related to operational risk, event, and loss towards the top management of the Company Monitor the implementation of the action plans The Operation Risk team is responsible for the steering and coordination of the implementation of Operational and Digital Risk Management Framework, including the adoption and implementation of applicable internal regulation by Legal Entities belonging to Generali Investments. You will gain exposure to several international asset management companies in Europe and US, managing sophisticated strategies and different opening models. The team also responsible for managing the Operational and Digital risk management lifecycle for GIH and its subsidiaries that have outsourced such activities to GIH.
