This position reports to the Operational Risk Officer, Director of Operational Risk, and supports the Second Line of Defense Risk Management Department Americas Division’s (RMDAD) Non- Financial Risk (NFR) Operational Risk Framework – Key Risk Indicators (KRI) Program.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of direct work experience preferably in risk management.
  • High level proficiency in data and presentation tools such as Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with proactive approach for management of various activities.

Nice To Haves

  • GRC tool knowledge and user experience is preferred.
  • Foundational knowledge of Operational Risk Management preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the ongoing management of the KRI Program activities as per framework requirements.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting of KRIs inventory and KRIs values to meet governance forums and internal stakeholders’ requirements.
  • Monitor and track Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) value submission by KRI areas and analyze KRIs values to identify trends and other insights for reporting and escalation purposes.
  • Maintain and track timely updates to KRI inventory and process execution trackers.
  • Support KRI process execution activities like reconciliations etc., and report status, including any escalations.
  • Assist in managing KRI activities, preparing meeting materials, maintaining documentation, and tracking actions.
  • Support KRI identification and review process including review and challenge of KRI’s, KRI results and threshold breaches.
  • Support projects and initiatives for enhancement of the Operational Risk Management Framework including GRC tool implementation and audit, regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in KRI program training delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, KRI areas, risk officers to facilitate implementation of KRI program requirements.
