About The Position

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions has a current opening for an Operational Programs Manager to join our Heavy Transportation team! This role will be based out of our Peoria, Illinois office with travel as needed. Over all Purpose The Operational Program Manager supports operations by guiding new facility launches, stabilizing underperforming sites, and providing interim support during leadership gaps. It drives focused improvements in throughput, quality, safety, and cost while contributing to deployment and expansion projects. Clear communication, documentation, and stakeholder alignment ensure consistent execution across all initiatives.

Requirements

  • Full proficiency in speaking, writing, and reading in English
  • Strong understanding of TRIGO operations, including throughput, quality, safety, and cost drivers.
  • Ability to quickly assess operational issues, identify root causes, and coordinate effective solutions.
  • Skilled in process improvement methodologies and applying practical, data-driven enhancements.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to align cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and working in fast-moving environments.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and high-priority items simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Support new facility and service start-ups, ensuring operational readiness and smooth transitions.
  • Assist underperforming sites by identifying root causes and coordinating quick corrective actions.
  • Provide interim operational support during leadership gaps to maintain continuity and performance.
  • Drive targeted continuous improvement efforts focused on throughput, quality, safety, and cost.
  • Contribute as a project team member on deployment and expansion initiatives.
  • Keep stakeholders aligned through clear updates, documentation, and progress tracking.
  • Other duties as assigned
