About The Position

The position requires a qualified individual to ensure the appropriate, safe, effective, and efficient use of medications through the application of pharmaceutical principles. The goal is to provide optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy
• Current licensure (or licensure eligibility) by the Alabama State Board of Pharmacy (ALBoP)
• Parenteral licensure/eligibility
• Permanent licenses will be required within 2 months of placement into position

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of applicable pharmacy operations and procedures
• Working knowledge of practice in specialty care areas
• Preceptorship
