The Operations Leadership Rotation Program (OLRP) at L3Harris Technologies is a two-year developmental program designed for high-performing individuals aiming to become future leaders in Operations. Participants will engage in a series of four 6-month assignments across various Operations Centers of Excellence, gaining hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of the business while developing essential leadership skills.
