The Operational Inventory Controller (OIC) maintains the accuracy of physical counts in relation to the point-of-sale system. The OIC is someone with a high level of organizational skills, detail-oriented, and highly accurate. This position reports directly to the General Manager, and will work closely with the Assistant Manager, Receiving Coordinator, Load Checker, Material Return Coordinator, and Dispatcher. This position will also be requested to work with other OIC's as needed to assist with workload and training of newer team members. This position requires a rotating schedule between assigned locations in a set region, with typical working days being Monday-Friday, and hours ranging between 5:00am and 5:00pm, and some weekends as needed. The working environment is fast paced and with teams that have a variety of personalities. Availability for extended/overnight travel may be requested.
