About The Position

Operations Experience (OE) Schedulers manage the scheduling of the recurrent training for the pilots and flight attendants, ensuring they meet Company and FAA requirements.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred
  • 1 year of airline scheduling experience
  • Knowledge of airline operations and crew training requirements
  • Reliable and self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Ability to multi task efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines
  • Interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • PC proficient in Microsoft Office products and general internet applications
  • Ability to work extra and on-call hours including evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years of scheduling experience preferred
  • Experience with CrewTrac (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Schedule all pilot OE training events, line checks, LCP observation flights, and any other required training events according to the training footprint of each seat and equipment.
  • Schedule flights and hotels for crewmembers.
  • Manage delays in training and reschedule when necessary.
  • Coordinate with Instructors, Check Pilots, Crew Pay, Crew Planning and Staffing, Training Scheduling, Flight Standards, and Flight Operations.
  • Interpret and apply elements of the crew labor agreements and company policies to ensure compliance.
  • Develop and track key measurements of productivity.
  • Monitor current and future flight training schedule requirements to manage the ongoing training efforts and requalification efforts to maintain flight crew movement and currency.
  • Other duties as assigned.
