About The Position

We manufacture and supply reliable, high-quality medicines and vaccines to meet patients’ needs and drive our performance. Our network of 37 medicines and vaccines manufacturing sites delivered 1.7 billion packs of medicines and 409 million vaccine doses in 2024 to help make a positive impact on the health of millions of people. Technology is transforming how we manufacture medicines and vaccines, enabling us to increase the speed, quality and scale of product supply. We need the very best minds and capability to help us on our journey to make more complex products, harnessing the power of smart manufacturing technologies including robotics, digital solutions and artificial intelligence to deliver for patients. You will deploy and embed the GSK Production System (GPS) at a U.S. manufacturing site. You will partner with value stream leaders and frontline teams to translate site strategy into clear improvement plans. You will coach people at all levels, lead structured problem solving, and use data to drive measurable gains in safety, quality, service, cost, and innovation. We value curiosity, practical coaching skills, and a steady focus on sustainable results. Joining this team will help you grow as a continuous improvement leader and make a meaningful impact on patients by helping the site work safer and smarter. You will develop practical coaching and change leadership skills. You will lead visible projects that improve site performance. You will work with experienced leaders and build capability across the site. You will contribute directly to GSK’s mission of uniting science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, or related technical field.
  • 3+ years experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, or a related technical environment.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience leading or supporting continuous improvement projects.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in regulated manufacturing environments or knowledge of good manufacturing practices.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or advanced CI certification.
  • Experience designing and delivering training or coaching programs.
  • Proven ability to lead complex improvement projects and manage stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with simple digital tools for performance tracking (Power BI, Power Apps, or equivalent).
  • Experience in change management and building capability across teams.
  • Ability to apply structured problem-solving methods and use basic data tools (spreadsheets, simple dashboards).
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy and sustain GPS standards and daily practices across assigned value streams.
  • Coach and train colleagues on GPS, lean tools, and structured problem solving at all levels.
  • Lead and facilitate improvement events such as Kaizen workshops, Accelerators, and DMAIC projects.
  • Translate site strategy and KPIs into prioritized continuous improvement plans and measurable actions.
  • Use data and simple digital trackers to monitor performance, identify gaps, and report progress.
  • Support change management and stakeholder alignment to ensure improvements stick.
