Sodexo is starting a transformation of its operating model, it is a company-wide strategic initiative that will simplify food and supply processes, systems and ways of working. We are currently seeking an Operational Excellence Project Manager to join the team. This is a remote position with some travel (25%). Preference for candidates residing in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. The successful candidate will drive fact-based decision-making across Sodexo functions by gathering and synthesizing information, mapping processes, and preparing committee-ready materials for decisions at all levels of the organization. You'll build internal networks, spot trends and patterns, and formulate clear, actionable recommendations that align with our existing operations and strategic priorities (brand-led model, digitization, supply efficiency, etc.). This role will bring consistency and simplicity to operators by addressing supply chain challenges upfront. This position requires proximity with our operations, willingness to travel to sites and eagerness to support others. This role is a unique opportunity to grow within Sodexo, it will give you exposure to top leadership, access to strategic topics and accelerated learnings.
