As the Operational Excellence (OPEX) continuous Improvement Associate Manager role you will collaborate with business partners at all levels to enhance productivity in critical business functions and be dedicated to fostering a high-performance culture at SC Johnson. It is a key enabler for optimizing, digitizing, and augmenting work in alignment with the Better Work, Better World strategy. Individuals on the OPEX team are expected to provide project management support across multiple strategic initiatives, facilitate both in-person and virtual process improvement workshops, and offer capability building services ensuring the consistent application of OPEX methodology drives favorable and sustainable business results.
