About The Position

Drives continuous improvement and operational efficiency across the Alamo Workforce Development program. Ensures best practices in service delivery, program compliance, and performance outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in operations or program management.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with leadership to align operations with funder requirements.
• Provide coaching and support to managers on performance excellence.
• Lead training on process improvement tools and methods.
