This role assists in implementing quality assurance systems, monitoring program performance, supporting compliance activities, coordinating incident review processes, and providing training to staff on quality, rights, and reporting requirements. The Operational Excellence Manager helps maintain adherence to regulatory, contractual, and internal standards by conducting routine monitoring, preparing documentation, identifying trends, and supporting teams in addressing quality improvements. This position also assists with agency complaints, satisfaction surveys, and data management activities that promote service excellence and program integrity.
