About The Position

The position involves coordinating and scheduling new program roll-outs and managing roll-out teams. The role requires collaboration with other departments to ensure timely ordering and delivery of necessary supplies and materials for efficient roll-outs. The individual will maintain budget compliance through review and approval of invoicing, ensure training compliance and completion through Computer-Based Training (CBTs) and by conducting training classes for new programs that affect operations. Additionally, the role includes conducting routine training meetings for management, overseeing the business unit's store auditing processes, providing analysis of various reports, ensuring delivery of routine communication on Operational Excellence programs, and attending the Annual Summit for new programs and roll-outs. The position demands adherence to the company's operating policy of legal, ethical, and moral practices, and the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Three to five years of retail business experience in multi-site leadership or more preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of management responsibility.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and significant operations and marketing knowledge.
  • Effective communication skills, self-directed, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to present in meetings and conduct training.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word preferred.
  • Ability to travel.
  • A current valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

  • Attends Annual Summit for new programs and roll-outs.
  • Maintains a professional and supportive image among subordinates and supervisors.
  • Enhances professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reading professional publications.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
