About The Position

The Operational Excellence (OpX) Business Process Manager, Product and Supplier Partnerships, is a critical role in Refreshment Services that contributes to our customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and growth goals. This role enables and supports positive client experiences by focusing on strong vendor management skills and detailed product data analysis. The position will interact with all levels of the organization and support center-led strategies with decentralized execution across the North America Operations. The OpX Business Process Manager will report to the Director of Operational Excellence - Business Process and is based at Aramark’s headquarters in Philadelphia, PA, allowing for routine collaboration with the OpX Team and stakeholders. In this role, the manager will conduct detailed analyses supporting product cost modeling and product life cycle to optimize supply chain programs, maximizing efficiency and profitability. The manager will investigate problems, identify root causes, develop solutions, and execute plans related to various product and supply chain initiatives. They will provide analytical support for projects related to process improvements and enhancements, as well as new business opportunities and proposals. Additionally, the manager will identify incentive and SKU compliance opportunities, partnering with field leadership, marketing, suppliers, and/or Aramark Supply Chain to implement necessary changes. The role also involves developing and maintaining expert business knowledge of the applications, processes, and data management requirements supporting product distribution and sale. The manager will work closely with Aramark Global Supply Chain and supplier partners to resolve issues, identify efficiencies, and optimize product profitability. This position requires strong communication skills to develop timely and concise field communications regarding discontinued products, out-of-stock issues, operating guidelines, packaging changes, price changes, cost opportunities, and other changes requiring operational awareness or action.
