Utz is pleased to announce an opportunity for students to join the team as
an Operational Excellence Intern in Hanover, PA.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written) and collaborate with others
• Must be a self-starter, detail oriented, organized, and possess the ability to prioritize activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to motivate others effectively and be a trainer of new processes
• Must possess or have the aptitude and ability to quickly develop an in-depth working knowledge of applicable company procedures.

Responsibilities

• iPad Repair & replacement project.
• CMMS preventative maintenance build/ update/ review.
• Operational Excellence team support.
• Executing/ coordinating project plans.
• Manufacturing systems end to end.
• Professional meeting/ presenting preparation.
