About The Position
The Operational Excellence Co-op role is designed to serve as a strategic catalyst to address existing gaps in the Digital Excellence field. By embedding talent directly with our manufacturing environment, this position will foster new perspectives and innovative mindsets that can bridge the divide between technology and business strategy. The co-op will: Accelerate Digital Transformation: Support the development and deployment of AI and/or manufacturing-driven solutions that enhance data discovery, automate routine tasks, and create smarter, more agile production processes. Drive Competitive Advantage: Help build and refine proprietary applications and systems that outperform commercial solutions at a lower cost—creating a technological edge that enhances our capacity to innovate faster than our competitors. Foster Culture of Innovation: Instill a mindset that views technology strategy as integral to operational excellence and business growth, encouraging ongoing digital experimentation and integration.
