Support the development, improvement, and maintenance of operational systems, data processes, and process automations. Assist with data analysis, reporting, and digital tools that enhance operational efficiency and standardize business metrics. · Understand business processes and systems for their functional area and act as a liaison for the functional area between IT and the business. · Support development of automated processes across operational functions. · Help build and maintain standardized reporting metrics for consistent data interpretation. · Provide artifacts (data model, data maps, knowledge base articles, etc.), and support production teams when needed. · Facilitate requirements gathering with individuals or small teams in functional areas to develop a comprehensive business requirement document. · Provide support in configuring and testing systems, applications, and integrations, leveraging Microsoft suite power tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI to streamline processes and enhance productivity. · Comply with all health and safety requirements based on each operation. · Use ERP/MRP systems to review and enter information. · Assist in system troubleshooting and help route issues to appropriate technical resources. · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where requirements are constantly changing. · Strong time-management and prioritization skills, able to multi-task and prioritize competing requirements, and meet deadlines.
