The Operational Continuous Improvement Engineer serves as a strategic operational leader focused on systematically enhancing JLL's real estate operations through process improvements, cost reduction, and service delivery optimization. This role combines analytical expertise with hands-on implementation to drive operational excellence across the commercial real estate portfolio.

  • Document and map existing operational processes using value stream mapping and process mining techniques
  • Conduct comprehensive workflow analysis and gap assessments
  • Design optimized future-state processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
  • Develop standardized SOPs and quality control frameworks
  • Establish KPIs and collect operational data from IWMS, BMS, and ERP systems
  • Create executive dashboards and real-time performance monitoring tools
  • Develop predictive models for operational performance and maintenance forecasting
  • Conduct statistical analysis to identify improvement opportunities
  • Lead cross-functional improvement projects with budgets ranging from $100K to $2M+
  • Manage stakeholders across operations, facilities, IT, and finance departments
  • Coordinate resource allocation and timeline management for multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Implement project governance with stage-gate reviews
  • Assess technology stack and identify automation opportunities
  • Deploy RPA, BPM, and workflow automation solutions
  • Support PropTech adoption and digital transformation initiatives
  • Create technology roadmaps aligned with operational objectives
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or Business Administration
  • 3-5 years of process improvement experience with 1-2 years of leadership experience
  • Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
  • Advanced analytics skills with Excel, Power BI, and Tableau
  • Knowledge of operational technology systems and database management
  • Project management principles and tools expertise
  • Real estate, facilities management, or property operations experience preferred
