About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring all field colleagues, branches, and brands are properly licensed and accounted for in the company licensing software. This includes but is not limited to new hire applications, license transfers, business registrations, county registrations, California Pesticide usage Reports, California School reports, WDO reports submissions, requesting checks, tracking CEU courses, and tracking regulatory complaints. This role will also assist with training files, applicable pesticide permits, business licensing, and local association fee management.

  • High school diploma or GED; or 1-2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Excellent understanding and proficiency in Lycensed and able to assist with training for field leaders to ensure adoption, utilization, and compliance of/in system.
  • Receives and updates licenses or certifications for initial set up/renewal and escalates license issues to the responsible parties.
  • Works with the branches, routing and scheduling teams, and other applicable colleagues to ensure proper licenses or certifications are assigned to each employee as defined by company policy and regulations.
  • Assists with license applications, renewals, and transfers.
  • Maintains standards for license requirements, verifiable documentation, and updates/communicates requirements to field management as needed.
  • Ensures and monitors compliance with all federal, state and local regulations.
  • Occasionally serves as subject matter expert for regulatory requirements and ensures locations and employees are following federal, state and local laws pertaining to licensing and regulatory reporting.
  • Assists with the mediation of administrative regulatory concerns and representing the company interests when necessary.
  • May serve as liaison with state regulatory and pest control associations.
