About The Position

As an Operational and Exercise Assessment Analyst, you'll bring your analytic skills and operational expertise to work on projects for Naval and component commands. You'll develop and support exercise and operational assessment plans, analyze findings and results, and develop recommendations to improve client processes, capabilities, and integration with adjacent commands. You'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, and security missions. You'll guide the work we do and the solutions we deliver for military missions, defense planning, and national security. You served your country as a commissioned officer, now continue your mission with us. Further your career with us as you help solve complex design, integration, and analytical problems for this critical defense client.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience within the DoD.
  • Experience planning, conducting, and analyzing operational and exercise assessments.
  • Experience writing and briefing at the general and flag officer level.
  • Knowledge of emerging Naval operating concepts and experimentation with new and evolving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, direction, and supervision responding to senior leaders.
  • Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in joint operational planning in the NORTHCOM, EUCOM, and AFRICOM Areas of Operations.
  • Experience leveraging data analytic techniques and tools to support decision making.
  • Experience developing lines of operation and effort, goals, objectives, and tasks at component or higher command.
  • TS/SCI clearance.
  • Master's degree.
  • Graduate of Joint Professional Military Education Phase I and II.
