The Traceability Analyst provides the analytical and operational foundation for U.S. traceability performance. This role monitors traceability KPIs, analyzes data quality and event flows, identifies exceptions, supports mock traces, and partners with sites and functions to drive issue resolution. The Analyst ensures the data integrity and visibility required to maintain continuous FSMA compliance. How you will contribute You will: Monitor traceability KPIs, exception trends, and data quality metrics. Maintain dashboards, reports, and datasets to track compliance performance. Extract and analyze SAP, IDoc, ASN, and EPCIS data to identify gaps and issues. Investigate system and process issues; collaborate with EMs, IMs, Repack, and Log Ops on resolution. Support training materials, communication updates, and reinforcement of traceability processes. Support mock trace execution and prepare audit-ready documentation. Conduct data lineage reviews to trace root causes of missing or inaccurate events. Ensure accuracy and completeness of transaction and interface data flows across partners.
