As a Senior Analyst, you’ll bring your analytical, strategic, tactical, technical, DOTMLPF, and MDMP expertise as you lead a team of warfighting function analyst in After Action Review (AAR) development for senior training audiences engaged in the training program for the Warfighter Exercises. You’ll support our client with the planning, preparation, execution, and assessment of the program. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, or instrumentation related to Warfighter Exercises, Risk Reduction Events, and steady state operations. You’ll oversee the work we do for the training programs and the solutions we deliver for the Army's Warfighter program. You served your country—now, continue your mission with us. Requirements

  • Experience with the US Military as senior NCO, WO, or officer
  • Experience serving in a key developmental position at brigade or battalion level, such as Executive Officer, S-3, or Operations Sergeant Major
  • Experience with Army and Joint regulation and publications
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint software
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Graduate of Military Education Level (MEL) 4, CGSC, Warrant Officer Training, or SGM’s equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as Colonel O-5 or above
  • Experience serving on division or corps level staff positions
  • Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Master's degree
  • Graduate of MEL 1 War College or equivalent
  • Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Responsibilities
