The Operations Team Supervisor (OTS) - Second Shift is responsible for direct supervision of manufacturing activities for the Tactical Space System's Harness Work Center in Gilbert, AZ. The work center is a professional atmosphere in a clean room environment where daily work attire always includes ESD lab coat and latex gloves. Accountable for safety, quality, on the job training, productivity, and hardware delivery schedules. This position reports to the Manufacturing Operations Manager and has no direct reports. As a frontline leader, this position works side-by-side with a team of production technicians maintaining a presence on the production floor to influence safe operations and drives adherence to all safety rules, regulations, and standards. Serves as a resource to others in the resolution of problems and issues. The OTS communicates expectations clearly and initiates necessary actions proactively to ensure that organizational goals and business objectives are accomplished while ensuring company policy directives and operating procedures are being followed.
