Under the direction of the General Manager, the Operations Systems Manager provides hand-on assistance to staff with installation and integration processes, security issues and program updates. This position provides back end implementation of resort wide point of sale systems, training, technical support and troubleshooting to other staff members. This position makes recommendations to guide future technology needs. Giants Ridge, managed by Guest Services, Inc., is seeking a tech-savvy, solutions-driven Operations Systems Manager to support and strengthen the technology that powers our year-round resort operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll be the primary resource for our operational systems – including property-wide point-of-sale (POS) technology – providing hands-on system implementation, updates, troubleshooting, and daily support. You’ll collaborate with departments to ensure smooth operations, coordinate employee training, maintain documentation and system standards, work with vendors on maintenance needs, and offer insights that guide future technology improvements across the resort. This is a $60,000 - $65,000 salaried position commensurate with experience. Giants Ridge is the #1-rated family vacation destination in Minnesota.
