Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Process, Systems, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, systems improvement, information systems, or plant operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, enterprise systems (SAP, CBase), and IT tools.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead, train and support a team.
  • Ability to interpret long-term production strategies into actionable short- and mid-term plans.
  • Strong interpersonal, planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain clear and well-documented procedures for internal systems (e.g., CBase, SAP) with external customer systems (e.g., Air Vision, IFX).
  • Collaborate with LPS to optimize system functionality across CBase, VPG, SAP, and advanced Excel models.
  • Support supply chain optimization of data tools including APW, inventory tracking, and vendor reporting systems.
  • Monitor and audit scheduling systems to ensure data accuracy, workflow efficiency, and system reliability.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements based on analysis of operational metrics and system performance.
  • Support the flow of production scheduling, dispatch lists, flight billing, and variable production schedules and other Cbase outputs.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and user-friendly communication of daily operational information.
  • Assist in preparing data reports and performance summaries for management decision-making.
  • Supervise and support the Information Services Coordinator team, including monitoring schedules and attendance.
  • Conduct training, coaching, and performance reviews for direct reports and operations staff on systems and software use.
  • Participate in regional and local meetings to ensure clear communication regarding issues like cycle changes and IT updates.
  • Manage inventory and maintenance of operational devices (e.g., laptops, iPads, PCs).
  • Coordinate all IT hardware: installation, deinstallation, troubleshooting, and returns.
  • Address hardware malfunctions including paging systems, restaging, and device updates.
  • Assist with software procurement, implementation, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide telecom support for desk phones and mobile devices.
  • Support the installation, troubleshooting, and documentation of network infrastructure (e.g., switches, modems, fiber, Wi-Fi access points, scanners).
  • Map and organize network patch panels and switch ports; resolve connectivity issues including cabling faults.
  • Own the procurement and inventory process for operational stationery and printing services through the Buy Order system.
