About the position

The Operations Supervisor at Gofo Inc. is responsible for overseeing last-mile delivery operations and managing Delivery Service Provider (DSP) teams. This role focuses on optimizing daily operations, ensuring service quality, and supporting the launch of new delivery sites. The ideal candidate will drive operational efficiency and lead teams to meet performance targets, with a requirement for proficiency in Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily last-mile delivery operations, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
• Supervise and coach DSP teams, ensuring performance, safety, and quality standards are met.
• Assist in setting up and optimizing new delivery stations.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline operations.
• Track and analyze operational performance, ensuring delivery targets are met.
• Develop and deliver training programs for DSP team members.
• Address operational issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work with logistics, customer service, and HR to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in last-mile delivery or logistics operations.
• Strong experience in managing and coaching teams.
• Familiarity with managing Delivery Service Provider (DSP) teams.
• Experience supporting the launch of new operational sites.
• Excellent troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.
• Ability to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
