About The Position

Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join their established and growing Huntsville-headquartered team. This is a Full-Time, SCA position located in Huntsville, AL, with no travel expected. The role requires a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance, or the ability to obtain one, and U.S. Citizenship.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years’ experience providing administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings

Nice To Haves

Prior military organization employment as military or civilian, and corresponding understanding of military headquarters staff organization, roles, and relationships.
Executive-level administrative support.

Responsibilities

Manage organizational calendars in Microsoft Outlook, and other similar digital means.
Receive and route incoming communications, e.g., telephone calls, e-mail messages, postal mail, etc.
Assist in management of timekeeping records for Government employees in Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS).
Track mandatory training using Army Test & Evaluation Command (ATEC) Training Tracker Module (ATTM).
Prepare and edit correspondence in accordance with Army Regulation 25-50, Preparing and Managing Correspondence.
Prepare purchase requests.
Submit and track work orders.
