About The Position

As an Operation Service Concierge (OSC), you are at the heart of the airport
experience—playing a vital role in ensuring aircrafts are handled with care,
precision, and a focus on safety. From guiding aircraft into the gate to loading
baggage and supporting international procedures, your attention to detail helps
create a seamless, on-time operation. You’ll also play a key part in maintaining
aircraft cleanliness, servicing lavatories, restocking essential items, and
jumping in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Ability to occasionally lift 75+ pounds
• Ability to drive and operate ground equipment (i.e. LEKTRO/aircraft tug, belt loaders, baggage carts, etc.).
• Ability to perform intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching, and prolonged periods of standing.
• Available to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Participation in initial and random drug and alcohol screenings in accordance with the DOT and FAA guidelines.
• Current and valid Driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Marshal aircraft and wing walk with confidence and vigilance to ensure safe ground movement.
• Position and reposition aircraft to maximize operational efficiency and ramp utilization.
• Handle baggage and freight with care, ensuring timely loading, unloading, sorting, and delivery, always prioritizing our Customers’ needs.
• Support international operations by ensuring all Customs protocols are properly followed and documented.
• Contribute to ramp safety with routine FOD (Foreign Object Debris) walks, keeping our work environment clean and hazard-free.
• Pitch in wherever needed – cleaning aircraft, restocking supplies, and assisting with Customer experience touchpoints.
