Could you be the full-time Operations Manager in Bangalore we're looking for? Your future role involves taking on a new challenge and applying your expertise in IT operations and stakeholder management in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and driven teammates. You'll ensure the compliance, performance, and continuous improvement of engineering solutions in production. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., development, infrastructure, and business teams), manage partner ecosystems for effective service delivery, and oversee the transition of solutions from build to run, and much more. You'll specifically take care of leading run operations for a portfolio of applications and ensuring alignment with the Core Model, but also supporting stakeholders in deploying new processes and solutions.

  • Leading and managing run operations for a portfolio of applications, including incident management, problem resolution, and SLA adherence
  • Building strong relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and prioritizing change requests
  • Driving partner ecosystem performance to deliver effective service and ensuring quality deliverables
  • Maintaining Core Model consistency and ensuring it evolves without local deviations
  • Providing inputs to IS teams to maintain functional domain consistency and supporting new projects
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives and cost management for solutions
  • Ensuring compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements
  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years in 24x7 production support
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Power Apps, RPA solutions, Java, Apache, PL/SQL, TOMCAT, ETL tools, and reporting solutions
  • Knowledge and experience with engineering applications like Dassault Systèmes tools (CATIA, ENOVIA, DELMIA, 3DEXPERIENCE Platform) and other PLM/CAD/CAM/CAE tools
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace), ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • An ITIL certification is required
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in virtual, geographically dispersed, and cross-cultural environments
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives and partner ecosystem management
