Requirements

Completed vocational training in a relevant technical field (e.g., Industrial Mechanic, Electronics Technician, or related)
Experience operating and troubleshooting an extruder and associated machinery, in an industrial environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality control
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently manage assigned tasks
Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends as needed
Good communication skills and the ability to document work accurately
Basic IT skills and willingness to learn company-specific software and systems
