About The Position
The Operating Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing all business activities associated with Professional Services to include but not limited to the loading dock, parking lot, mail operations and print shop. Role will drive safety, operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the supervisor will drive the development of the loading dock, parking lot and mail operations process improvements. This supervisor must be an energetic and motivated leader with effective communication skills. Must demonstrate initiative, commitment to safety, and customer service. Will act as a champion to support and execute diversity, equity and inclusion efforts, and create and maintain a safe, secure, engaging and inclusive workplace.
