About The Position

The Operating Room Tech (Scrub Tech/Surgical Tech) position at Good Shepherd Health Care System involves performing a variety of technical duties to assist the surgeon, patient, and team with surgical procedures. The role requires flexibility in scheduling, with a commitment of 0.75 FTE, working three 10-hour days from 0630 to 1700. The position includes holiday rotation and call responsibilities. Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school or Surgical Technology Program.
• Must possess a minimum of one year current operating room experience (student experience allowed).
• Required: BLS certification.

Nice To Haves

• Certification as Surgery Tech.
• Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking preferred.
• Ability to work with culturally diverse populations.
