About The Position

At Mercy Medical Center, the Operating Room RN delivers safe, high-quality care to surgical patients. The position involves providing intraoperative care by performing circulating and/or scrub duties, including patient positioning, site prep, instrumentation, and sterile technique. The RN will collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient, coordinated care throughout procedures.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an Associate's degree in Nursing.
• Valid RN license in Massachusetts.
• Current BLS/CPR (AHA or Red Cross).

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's in Nursing.
• 1 or more years of intraoperative nursing experience, including circulating and scrub experience.
• Familiarity with AORN standards.
