About The Position
Are you passionate about patient safety and surgical excellence? Our Outpatient Surgery Center is seeking a skilled OR Nurse Circulator to be the vital link between the operating room team and the rest of the center.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in Texas
- BLS required; ACLS within 3 months
- 1-2 years OR circulating experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
Responsibilities
- Monitor surgical procedures and ensure seamless communication
- Prepare patients and operating rooms for safe, efficient surgeries
- Maintain a sterile, organized environment and assist with room turnover
- Support team growth through mentoring and orientation
- Collaborate on care plans and participate in patient hand-offs
- Drive process improvements and help achieve departmental goals
