About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is Seeking an experienced OR Registered Nurse for a contract assignment at a leading healthcare facility. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule with no weekends or on-call during the initial contract . Shift Details 8 or 10-hour shifts Hours: 6:45 AM–3:15 PM or 6:45 AM–5:15 PM Guaranteed: 40 hours/week Renewal: One weekend per schedule with call

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• 1+ year OR experience
• Graduate of accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
• BLS required
• 2 references (last 2 years)
• Skills checklist & competency exam (last 6 months)

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative patient care
• Administer medications and monitor responses
• Maintain sterile field and surgical readiness
• Coordinate OR activities with anesthesia and nursing leadership
• Document care using electronic systems
