BlackStar Health is seeking a skilled and dedicated Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high -quality perioperative care and support during surgical procedures. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who thrives in a fast -paced environment and is passionate about ensuring safety and exceptional outcomes for every patient. The OR Registered Nurse plays a critical role in providing comprehensive perioperative care throughout the surgical process. This includes preparing operating rooms, assisting during procedures, monitoring patients’ conditions, and ensuring compliance with safety and sterile standards. You’ll collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other clinical professionals to deliver coordinated and efficient surgical care.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
- Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- 1–2 years of experience in surgical, perioperative, or acute care nursing.

Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms for scheduled procedures, ensuring all required equipment and supplies are available.
- Assist surgeons during procedures while maintaining sterile technique and ensuring patient safety.
- Monitor and assess patients’ conditions before, during, and after surgery.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to provide seamless perioperative care.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient care and surgical procedures.
