About The Position

Position Highlights: Job Type: Full-Time Location: Canyon View Surgery Center Schedule: Monday-Friday Application Deadline: Open until January 19, 2026 Responsibilities: Assign nursing staff based on patient acuity and staff competency. Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and guidance to nursing staff. Conduct performance evaluations and support staff development. Perform and oversee clinical tasks such as administering medications, wound care, starting IVs, and managing complex or high-acuity cases, ensuring timely and accurate care delivery. Serve as the key liaison among healthcare team members, patients, and families, ensuring smooth communication, timely interventions, and cohesive care across all shifts. Additional responsibilities specific to certain units may apply. Each unit may have an addendum outlining unique duties and skills required for the RN Charge Nurse role in that area. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience. Current RN licensure in the state of practice. Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience. Compensation: $40.00 - $46.00 per hour, depending on education and experience. Bonus: $20,000 (for RN’s with 2 or more years of nursing experience) Discretionary bonuses, relocation expenses, merit increase, market adjustments, recognition bonuses, and other forms of discretionary compensation may be available.
