We are seeking an experienced OR Manager who is committed to collaboration, excellence, and patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Current Florida RN license required
- CNOR certification required within 2 years of hire
- BLS certification required
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Perioperative Services
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Nursing Management
Nice To Haves
- ACLS certification preferred
Responsibilities
- The Nurse Manager, under the direction the Director is responsible for scheduling employees and coordinating patient flow and room turnover
- overseeing supply and equipment management
- coordinating training and orientation of new personnel
- assisting in staff development
- monitoring the departmental environment to ensure safe patient care and to evaluate and discipline employees and/or make effective recommendations regarding the same.
