About The Position

Oversee the daily operations of the Operating Room. The OR Manager will ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of surgical care, manage a team of surgical staff, and ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and an in-depth understanding of clinical practices in a surgical environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program & currently licensed in the State of Washington
• Current CPR card (maintenance required)
• ACLS within 6 months of hire (maintenance required)
• PALS within 6 months of hire (maintenance required)
• At least six months of previous leadership experience (charge RN, lead, supervisor, etc.)

Nice To Haves

• BSN/MSN
• CNOR
• Five years of previous and varied perioperative services experience
