About The Position

A medical facility located near David City, Nebraska is seeking a full-time, permanent Operating Room Manager to join their team!
The Operating Room Manager Job Opportunity:

The Manager supports daily operations of surgery center, including registration, pre-admissions, operating rooms, same-day surgery, and sterile processing. Responsibilities include assisting with budgeting, staffing, scheduling, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement. Oversees technical aspects of procedures, personnel training, equipment maintenance, quality control, and overall operations to ensure efficient patient care delivery.
Outpatient setting

Requirements

• Must have BSN
• Must have active RN license
• Must have at least 3 years of clinical experience in perioperative care
• Must have at least 1 year of nurse management experience
