As an Operating Room Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care. Operating Room Assistant - White Fence Surgical Center The Operating Room Assistant is responsible for helping prepare the operating room; assisting the RN, surgeon, and anesthesiologist before, during and after surgery, maintaining and cleaning the ORs and surrounding areas, transportation of specimens and blood products, assisting with patient positioning and transport, maintaining adequate supplies for OR room turnover. insurance carriers, and patient follow-ups. Position requires weekdays only -- no holidays or weekends. Some later evenings required. Competitive salary and benefits for the right candidate.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Strong ethical and moral character references
Ability to make decisions and solve problems
Positive attitude, desire to efficiently support the care of patients, work in a team relationship with other health care workers to produce positive outcomes
