Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
• BLS American Heart E-Card (BLS AHA ECARD) - American Heart Association (AMERICAN HEART)
• BLS Cert American Heart_non ecard (BLS AHA) - American Heart Association (AMERICAN HEART)
• Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, effective communications skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision with a positive disposition.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Required Work Experience: No prior work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist nurse with providing basic patient care.
• Assist with moving surgical equipment.
• Cleans OR surgical suites and other assigned areas daily, including collecting and removing trash, changing linens and sanitizing all surfaces.
• Stocks supplies in surgical suites as necessary or designated.
