About The Position
The Operating Room Assistant (ORA) works under the direct supervision of the Nursing Director at Mass General Brigham. The ORA is responsible for transporting patients, cleaning Operating Rooms, maintaining a clean environment, moving equipment, delivery of specimens, second scrubbing PRN, and other duties as assigned. The ORA functions as a member of the Perioperative Nursing Team who has specific knowledge, skills and training to work in an Operating Room Environment.
