As we expand our presence in Charlotte and beyond, we are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial Operating Partner to help lead and grow our practice. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Role Overview The Operating Partner will serve as the day-to-day leader of the Charlotte practice, working hand-in-hand with the Managing Partner. This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role with significant decision-making authority, equity participation, and the opportunity to shape the future of the business. You will manage operations as well as ‘client success’, network on behalf of the company, and represent Exit Factor in the local business community.

Requirements

  • Proven background in business consulting, entrepreneurship, mergers & acquisitions, or operations management.
  • Demonstrated success in building strong ‘business partner’ relationships
  • Strong operational rigor
  • Entrepreneurial: Self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for building businesses.
  • Process-Driven: Well-organized, responsive, and committed to operational excellence.
  • Community-Oriented: Skilled networker with a strong local presence and reputation.
  • Strategic & Hands-On: Comfortable balancing big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution.

Responsibilities

  • Practice Leadership: Oversee daily operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality consulting services and achievement of business goals.
  • Client Success: Build client relationships alongside the consultants who are engaged in the actual program delivery, addressing client issues and ensuring satisfaction to maximize retention and long-term value
  • Business Development: Expand our reach by building and nurturing a strong network of referral partners.
  • Strategic Growth: Collaborate with the Managing Partner on long-term strategy, expansion into new territories, and continuous improvement of processes and offerings.
